Our Agreement
A first telephone consultation of around twenty minutes, free of charge, gives you the opportunity to discuss your hopes and expectations, so we can agree that I am the right person to support you.
A non-refundable deposit is required to ensure a session booking. Confirmation by text or email will be sent on receipt of this payment.
Once a session is confirmed, three days notice is required for cancellation or to move the session to a different date/time. Transfer of the deposit to another session time will only be given if this notice period is respected.
Please be assured that I will treat all information you give me with discretion and in confidence. I will work with you to establish agreements about the content of each session, and that if I am not able to support you myself I will endeavour to assist you in finding another practitioner. Your personal information and contact details (for example if you sign up to my mailing list) will not be shared with any other party, unless with your specific permission.
